Sir, It is responsibility of a citizen to respect the Constitution of their country. How to prevent miss use of it also has importance to protect the country. Governments miss used the power to restrict the industrial growth in the name of protection to environment and higher man power till 1990. Coallation Governments let their supporters to gain with scams till 2010.Now opposition parties are seeking to defame Governments for their selfishness rather than welfare of Country or common person.
