Sir for good governance we need to remove hurddles. Banks are renewing Kisan cards every three year. When they ask every time jamabandi and girdhavari. These are already with them. No patwari is cooparative to this cause. New patwaries are not aware of communication skills. So make this easy.bank should do its own. Regards

Jamabandhi and girdhawari should be given by local Patwaries No tehsil or higher offices should be involved.farmers have to suffer. Patwari and revenue staff is not providing good governance. Still they think farmers are illiterate. They do not help. Harrass farmers *come next day*. They do not register their visit or guide properly.here we need smart office for good governance.

Safety of people needed urgent attention As we have a big web of national highways. Very locality must be given underpass or overbridge. Little girl lost life while crossing highway National Highway authority of India is ignoring the concerns of public. Please do something

Demonetization to churches and Civil Service should expose to tribal and rural pocket to know more about the issues behind. Doctors should not be money oriented and engineer should be learned one. Unnecessary educational institutions should be checked. Hospital clean mission should be initiated. Irregular service holders should be retrench. say AG Office-per day only one hour work but handsome salary. So age 55 or 30 years of service should be mandatory retirement to appoint new thus unemploymen
