Dear Prime Minister,
Extremely fortunate to have born in this era where India is seeing a very good growth overall.
I am a Bridge Design Engineer working in a MNC in Bengaluru. have a question/ suggestion to you sir. While I see good infrastructure development going on in India, major cities have good metro connectivity, roads are being developed, new infrastructure coming up. While we focus on developing the infrastructure, it is equally important to maintain the existing infrastructure. In many places we see major flyovers developing problems, cracks on bridges, leakage problems . Periodic maintenance of infrastructure can lead to saving a huge cost in rehabilitation and repair. I have been involved in inspection programs for other countries, where all their structures undergo maintenance periodically. If we have to aim for overall development of the nation, asset management is equally important. I would also like to highlight about the structural health monitoring systems.

Respected Shree Pradhan Mantri Jee,
We are middle-class dialysis patients from Delhi, struggling with the immense financial and emotional burden of our treatment. While we fight for our health every day, the high cost of HDF dialysis and essential hemoglobin injections makes survival even harder. We are neither rich enough to afford private care nor poor enough to qualify for full government aid, leaving us in a painful limbo. Please increase government support and funding for hygienic dialysis and required injections, so we can focus on living with dignity rather than constantly worrying about affording our next session. Your support could give us not just treatment, but hope.

Subject: Proposal for Bharat Samanvay – A Movement to Bridge Generations for National Well-being
Respected Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi Ji,
With deep reverence for Bharat’s glorious traditions and the visionary path you have laid for our nation, we propose “Bharat Samanvay”, a transformative movement aimed at bridging the generational gap and fostering national unity.
Vision & Objective
Bharat has always thrived on the harmonious transfer of wisdom from one generation to another. However, in the modern digital era, a widening gap exists between our elders and youth. Bharat Samanvay seeks to reconnect these generations through shared knowledge, cultural exchange, and technology integration, ensuring holistic national development rooted in our ethos of Dharma, Karma, Seva, and Samvad.
Key Pillars of Bharat Samanvay
1. Raise Your Voice (For Youth)
2.Young at Heart(For Elders)

sir
In our country we get employment in private sector or government sector. There is a legal concept of minimum wages.
The minimum wages meetings the requirements of roti, kapra and makan. Those who are working in government sector are also getting minimum wages at lowest level job.
But one person with minimum wages in government sector retire with regular increment earn a salary at old age 50000/- per month to 1 lac per month.
but in a private sector the employee gets the minimum wages like a new employee.
sir why this discrimination.
Minimum wages should be at per with regular increment.
Please implement this.
Regards
CMA Ranjit Kumar Das

Conclusion:
Tamil Nadu’s rich natural resources must be protected for future generations. We urge the government to take immediate and effective steps to end these illegal activities and restore environmental balance. Failure to act now will have devastating consequences for the state’s water resources, agriculture, and biodiversity.

Strict Implementation of Existing Laws: Enforce the Tamil Nadu Minor Mineral Concession Rules and the Environment Protection Act to curb illegal mining and deforestation.
Increased Monitoring and Transparency: Utilize satellite surveillance, AI-driven monitoring, and real-time reporting to track and prevent unauthorized activities.
Severe Punishments and Accountability: Ensure strict legal action against offenders, including government officials found complicit in illegal activities.
Sustainable Alternatives: Promote eco-friendly alternatives for construction materials and encourage reforestation initiatives.
Public Participation and Awareness: Strengthen local community involvement in environmental protection and provide safety to activists raising these issues.
