Good evening sir,We can still sipmplify the ATM transactions...If my a/c is linked with Aadhar and if I don't have mobile or debit card I have to put my thumb impression in ATM with that system should be able to locate my aadhar no and the a/c linked to particular aadhar can be fetched...after that I should do the transaction..again with biometric authentication...Even the amount and all I shouldn't key in.Instead there should be a system that the ATM should have the mic option and in that mic I should tell in regional language and ATM should understand and dispense cash...ie When we hear the sound of ATM transaction and why not ATM should understand our language also...where we have all the gadgets that understand our voice search.The scene behind this suggestion is the old age uneducated people can easily operate ATM and the chance of getting cheated would be less. Respected Prime Minister Sir, I am Prabodha Kumar Pradhan from Chakradharpur, West Singhbhum, Jharkhand. The Indian Railway train services for the passengers here in my region from Jharsuguda to Rakhamines that comes under Chakradharpur Division of South Eastern Railway is in a precarious condition. In general, the train services for the goods trains are smooth but the same services for the passenger trains are uncertain. Unscheduled running of passenger and express trains from and to between aforesaid destinations has been very unwelcome for the last one year, boarding which thousands of people of the area travel to earn their hard-earned bread and attend appointments for general/serious health check-ups. Priority has been given to the goods trains. A time was there when people knew the time by the scheduled running of trains without looking at the watch but now, it is nowhere to be seen. I urge, you look into the matter seriously before it becomes too late.
