Dear honorable PM and RM,
Array of Optical sensors interfaces with neuromorphic computing systems and medical devices differently. Here is a c++ code as an example for students to work on. Real time systems will be closed loop and will need to pass parameters to another program or function

Respected Prime Minister,
Subject: Innovative Solar Energy Solution for Health Protection
I propose developing "Solar Energy Harvesting Roads" and infrastructure that not only generates clean energy but also protects people from harmful UV rays. This can be achieved by:
1. Embedding solar panels in roads and pavements to capture solar energy.
2. Applying a special UV-absorbing coating to these surfaces, reducing UV radiation exposure for pedestrians.
3. Smart Canopies:Installing solar-powered canopies in public spaces like bus stops, parks, and markets that generate electricity while providing shade and protection from UV rays.
4. Energy-Harvesting Umbrellas: Designing portable, solar-powered umbrellas for personal use that not only protect individuals from UV exposure but also charge their devices.
These innovations can transform urban infrastructure, promote clean energy, and safeguard public health.
Jai Bharat!

Respected Prime Minister,
Subject: Enhancing Sewage and Waste Management and Ensuring Clean Water for All
I am writing to highlight the pressing issues of inadequate sewage and waste management systems and access to clean water in India. To address these challenges, I propose leveraging science and technology.
Some potential solutions include:
1. Implementing advanced sewage treatment plants and waste-to-energy initiatives.
2. Utilizing IoT and data analytics for efficient waste management.
3. Decentralized water purification systems like water ATMs.
4. Advanced water treatment technologies like nanofiltration.
5. Smart water management systems for real-time monitoring.
6. Promoting rainwater harvesting and wastewater recycling.
By embracing innovation, we can create a cleaner, healthier, and more sustainable environment, ensuring fresh, clean, and pure water for all Indians.
Jai Hind!

The Role of Globalization: A Double-Edged Sword
Globalization has opened up a world of possibilities, bringing people closer together and allowing us to connect with different cultures and ideas more easily than ever before. It’s amazing how we can learn from each other, blend traditions, and celebrate a rich diversity. But with this global shift, there are challenges too. As new ideas, ways of life, and technologies flood into societies, they can clash with older, more traditional values. This can lead to tension and misunderstanding.
The Future: Building Bridges, Not Walls: showcasing Bharat as a global model in collaborative team building with inter-disciplinary interactions and cross-disciplinary approach across the traditional boundaries. The younger generation in India will play a central role in this shift. Young people are exposed to a wide range of cultures and ideas. This can either lead to greater understanding.

Jai hind,
Honorable Prime minister,
I think the best topic is to talk on the innovation that cure the problem of plastic bottles which the visitors or locals throw in the road, beaches, parks and even in water bodies, i.e some innovation that form from waste of plastic or platic-items and organization like govt and others should also have to participate. I've many schemes and business that can done on this problem.
Thank You
Respected Citizen
