In an area called Cherai in Ernakulam district of Kerala, there is a person who is practicing yoga even after 100 years of age and is still teaching yoga to many people... His name is Upendranachari... He has more than 2000 disciples... He still teaches yoga to people for free... He has also written a book on yoga. His biggest wish is to give it directly to the Prime Minister. He still does all the asanas very simply... He is a source of pride and inspiration to the country...

Pakistan will soon get advanced stealth fighter planes from China. It would be hasty to brush off Chinese warplanes as ineffective on the basis of their failure during the first episode of Operation Sindoor. Pakistan is likely to deliver a more prepared retaliation. There should be increased awareness of the lingering threat and sustained alertness on our part.

Namaste Pradhan Mantri Ji,
Thank you for giving us the opportunity to share our thoughts through Mann Ki Baat. I would like to suggest that one episode should be dedicated to the power of skill-based education and self-employment among rural youth and women.
Many talented young people in villages, especially girls, have creative skills like stitching, handmade crafts, digital work, farming innovations, etc., but lack platforms, support, or confidence to earn from them.
If you could highlight such local stories and also guide how government schemes, digital platforms, and mentorship can help youth start small businesses, it will inspire thousands.
You can also encourage schools to host monthly Skill Days — where students learn one practical skill outside textbooks.
Additionally, promoting "Earn While You Learn" ideas will connect education with real life and build an Aatmanirbhar Bharat from the ground level.
Looking forward to hearing your thoughts on this.
Thank you! Jai Hind!

RESPECTED PRIME MINISTER OF BHARAT AND PRESIDENT MADAM.
I WANT TO TELL ALL STATE GOVT...PLEASE INVITE
TOURISM....IF TOURISM IS THERE ECONOMY OF THERE STATE WILL BE HIGHER.....IF RESPECT ALL TOURIST PEOPLE THEN MORE ECONOMY IN THERE STATE.....SO. PLEASE DO ONE THING SIR
AS WHEN ANY FOREIGNER COMES TO VISIT BHARAT.... RECEIVE THEM WITH FLOWERS ....
AS WHEN AN ANY FOREIGNER VISIT BBARAT THEN
ITS MORE INCOME AND ECONOMY IN BHARAT SO WELCOME THEM ....
ONE FLOWERS (HAAR) COST 25 RS AND ONE PERSON IN AREODRAM ...TO RECEICE COST 500RS PER DAY....MINIMUM. 1000RS COST EVERY DAY ..
AND FLOWERS CAN USED NEXT TIME ALSO...
SO IMPRESSION OF STATE AND WELCOME OF TOURISM WILL ATTRACT NEW TOURISM...
AS IN HOTELS THEY RECEIVE AND ATTRACT TOURISM ALL STATE GOVT SHOULD ATTRACT TOURISM... WE NEED TOURISM FOR BEST ECONOMY...SIR. ATTACK ON OUR TOURISM PLACE
IS DONE FOR BHARAT IMPACT FOR LESS TOURISM.
WE HAD TO ATTRACT MORE TOURISM IN BHARAT
ALL BHARTIYA HAD TO UNITY FOR OUR ECONOMY.

Honourable PM.
1. Please conduct the UPSC Civil services exam twice a year on the lines of NDA/CDS.
2. Nudge the PRIVATE SECTOR the acknowledge the knowledge gained and effort made by candidates appearing for civil services exam. After putting many years, it becomes difficult to transit to private sector corporates, especially when there is no mechanism to measure the EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE GAINED by those who could not qualify. People with such diverse knowledge and analytical skills will be very much useful to any organisation.
3. Open paid PUBLIC YOGA ROOMS in railway stations similar to that of prayer rooms at airports. This will help to keep up the sadhana. India is the guiding light to the world for yoga and hence there should be every possible effort made to make it easier for people to include yoga in their life and do the sadhana without a miss, wherever it may be.
4. People should have their dinner before the sunset for a healthy life.
