Respected Pradhan Mantri jee Sub: wastage of foreign exchange in payment of US and UK based social service organisations such as Lions Club Rotary club , Round table etc An estimated Rs 1000 crores is sent abroad in the name of International dues subscription by over 12000 local lions clubs Rotary Clubs and other international clubs in India. Keeping in view so many local NGOs and communities services organisations who are rendering exemplary services to the needy communities, there is no need of these so called International organisations. This should be banned and the precious money should be disbursed thru NITI aayog or any other competent government authority to ensure real benefits to the needy I shall be able to give you a full report if this seems to be serious enough to the government. माननीय प्रधानमंत्री जी, मैं शिवम कुमार, वैशाली (बिहार) से हूँ। 22 जून को मैं अपनी बहन को पटना के पाटलिपुत्र स्टेशन पर लेने गया था। ट्रेन 8:15 बजे आने वाली थी, इसलिए हमने 7:10 बजे कार पार्क की और ₹40 की पार्किंग रसीद ली जो 9:10 तक वैध थी। लेकिन ट्रेन लेट होती गई और 9:23 पर आई। इस बीच एक कर्मचारी 8:30 पर आकर ₹60 मांगने लगा, जबकि हमारा समय अभी पूरा नहीं हुआ था। RPF ने सहयोग किया और समस्या सुलझी। मेरा सुझाव है कि यदि कोई ट्रेन 30 मिनट या उससे अधिक लेट हो, और कोई व्यक्ति टिकट दिखाकर साबित करे कि वह उसी यात्री को लेने/छोड़ने आया है, तो पार्किंग की 2 घंटे की सीमा पार होने पर उससे अतिरिक्त शुल्क न लिया जाए। यह छूट ट्रेन के आगमन या प्रस्थान के 15 मिनट के भीतर तक सीमित रखी जा सकती है। ऐसा नियम यात्रियों को राहत देगा और पार्किंग स्टाफ की मनमानी भी रुकेगी। धन्यवाद। शिवम कुमार ग्राम - दामोदरपुर जिला - वैशाली राज्य - बिहार पिन - 844125
