It is observed there is a gap between union government and state government. If Union government wants uniformity in all states, rather improve quality of all states then, depending on legal books alone will not solve our problem. Governing principles should cover establishing the guidelines(legal books/ Standards/CoP's/ SOP's/ Work instructions), its communication and training. There must be a document control department to maintain up to date guidelines, communication and training records. We need to have human resource development department to educate and train concern state government departments.

US entry in Iran Israel war has added several dimensions in the conflict. Israel and Iran are at war but US has taken this opportunity to change the Iranian leadership. Wether Iran shall have the nuclear warheads may be a point of global debate. But how can US decide on this aspect and attack on Iranian nuclear facilities? Tomorrow, US can do this to any country which do not agree with them on any matter may it be trade tarrif issue. It can be India also. A rising strong atmanirbhar India is not acceptable to world powers. They want India with a begging bowls. We have to be cautious on dealing with the situation. Israel has stood with us in the past and we have commercial interests in Iran. We have to maintain a balance. US is not a friendly nation. They have betrayed us several times. We dont have good relations with China. Russia is friendly but it is not in a position to help us directly as they are already engaged in war with Ukraine. We have to learn to stand alone.
