Respected Sir, Please look into cases of Real Estate's cheating done by builders and developers in India. Lower and Middle class family are now able to purchase property due to government PMAY scheme, however they are stuck due to land scams, forge documentations by project owners or builders going bankrupts cases pending in NCLT for eg: Xrbia Developers of Maharashtra where more than 7000 home buyers are awaiting justice from last 10 years. We cannot spend money on RERA or lawyer fees and wait for a dream home after spending hard earned money invested in purchasing the flats. Government needs to take strict actions against such builders and repay or refund the money to poor people who are not getting their projects delivered in a timely manner. This is a request to help thousands of people waiting for government intervention for those who cannot afford to dream of having their own houses but still think of buying one because of support and belief in the justice of law and order.
