I am the person who suggested the TOP topic. Unfortunately till date it's not been implemented. The tomatoes potatoes and onions are sold at four times the ten rupees I suggested. Why not all the waste and porambok lands be utilised to grow vegetables because of triliions of cubic meters of rain water is thrown into sea. It serves two purposes , one to distribute excess water a lot in infra is required and secondly it creates employment to crores of people.
