मध्यप्रदेश में उच्च शिक्षा विभाग में सबसे ज्यादा भ्र्ष्टाचार है,अतिथि विद्वान जो करीब 20 साल से ऊपर हो चुके हैं कार्यरत हैं महाविद्यालय में उन्हें आजतक नियमित नहीं किया गया है उम्र के इस पड़ाव में कहाँ जाएंगे सब बहुत से ऐसे भी हैं जिनकी उम्र तो कम है लेकिन परिवार का दायित्व उनपे है और वो नौकरी छोड़ नहीं सकते,ऊपर से उन अतिथि विद्वानों का कोरोना कर्फ्यू के दौरान मानदेय प्राचार्यो द्वारा काट दिया गया है जिसके लिए शिकायत करने पे भी उच्च शिक्षा विभाग मध्यप्रदेश ने कुछ भी नहीं किया है,आयुक्त उच्च शिक्षा एवं उच्च शिक्षा मंत्री को भी पत्र लिख चुके हैं 6 महीने हो गए आजतक 18000 रुपये नहीं मिले।नियमित सहायक प्राध्यापकों के मॉनिटरिंग के लिए कोई व्यवस्था ही नहीं है वो आकर पीछे के हस्ताक्षर भी कर देते हैं भले उस दिन नहीं आये हो उनके लिए तो बायोमेट्रिक होना चाहिए हर एक महाविद्यालय में,केवल अतिथि विद्वानों का ही शोषण कर रही है यहाँ सरकार उनसे पढ़ाने के अलावा भी सारे काम करवाया जाता है जैसे फॉर्म जमा करना आदि।और मानदेय देने के वक़्त प्राचार्य मनमानी करने लग जाते हैं और किसी के आदेश नई मानते।आपसे निवेदन है

Sir, I would like to draw your kind attention to the outstanding research performance by M S Swapna, Dept. of Optoelectronics, University of Kerala, in a short period of 4 years. She is a very good, potential, dedicated and sincere hardworking student of me, which can be understood from her biodata. In 4 years, she has made an outstanding contribution, which is evident from her 82 scopus indexed publications ( 43 first author and 39 co-author) in Nanobiophotonics. She has done extensive work on soot with the intention of finding a solution to the pollution, in which she has 38 international publications. Also filed 3 patents. She has developed a model generalised theory of thermal conductivity, which is known after her name 'SANKAR-SWAPNA' model.
