Hi Sir, This is a suggestion to keep public places clean & neat, across India. - To keep public places clean & neat, a non-corporal & non-monetary punishment is recommended. - This non-corporal & non-monetary punishment is followed in schools, in many countries. About this punishment, please refer following website : - https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Time-out_(parenting) - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/School_discipline#Detention - In schools, this non-corporal & non-monetary punishment is used for behavioral change. - This punishment can be used in India, to imbue behavior change in people, to keep public places clean & neat. - In public places, people who are putting litter or debris should be awarded this punishment. This punishment will imbue behavior change, in those people. - As a proof of concept, this punishment can be used in a town or a bazaar, to achieve clean & neat of the places - For more details, please refer attached document.

In Continuation - Sec 498 CPC = Police waiting for high bribe for sending intimation to Immigration people delay of months together after judgement. No accountability? Indian youth are now not interested in marriage due to great empowerment of women through this provision of law, leading to increasing live in relation ships destroying social fabric. Request, Sir, immediate review of this Section securing interests of both parties.

Government alone is not responsible - It need others also to work hard with honesty and utilize national resources and hard earned Tax money 1). 02 June 2019: Gadkari plans to plant 125 crore trees along highways http://toi.in/ruGlIa/a24gk via @timesofindia 2). 15 June 2023 Highway drip irrigation: https://www.bhaskar.com/local/mp/datia/news/planted-saplings-on-81-km-long-highway-no-stubble-left-due-to-lack-of-irrigation-highway-looks-desolate-131351311.html 81 किमी लंबे हाईवे पर पौधे लगाए, सिंचाई न होने से ठूंठ भी नहीं बचे, ... Legal System - Section 498 A of CPC though brought out to safeguard interest of married woman but now its other way round. Married men now need protection as Sec is grossly misused filing false cases. not wrong to say 99% are false. Old parents all relatives even distant relatives, are being made party to the case, leading to not only sheer harassment but high value corruption by Police officials. Court staff too is involved in corruption at every stage of proceedings. Whole family is ruined till the case is finally decided taking years together. Tareek pe Tareek. Look out circular being misused. Immigration authorities devoid of human values. Critically sick Senior citizen going abroad for med treatment made to sit in a shabby enclosure without minimum facilities whole night during severe winters. His super senior widowed mother accompanying him made to sit outside enclosure. No cognisance to Court orders allowing him to leave country. Police waiting for bribe
