Respected Modi Ji, Motor Vehicle Rules should be suitably amended in respect of the chronic defaulters of traffic laws. A serious view should be taken in cases involving the Red Light Jumping, one of the greatest violations thereof in real sense, though presently treated as the routine one. There should be a provision of permanent cancelation of driving license if any one is caught doing so on more than three occasions. Other key area of concern being, over speeding in residential areas and on internal roads. The erring ones should be handed out the severest punishment, both in term of fine and suspension of driving license upto second offense and cancelation thereof if offence is repeated again. Moreover, Driving two wheelers without mandatory helmets as also the triple riding ought to be viewed more seriously.
