In the latest episode of Mann Ki Baat, Prime Minister Narendra Modi has urged Indian children to engage with their grandparents and ask them about their life as children: what sports they played, which theatre or cinema they went to, which relatives they visited, festivals they celebrated, and so on.

These stories would not just take the children to India back then, but also be an invaluable treasure for the family, to be cherished forever.

Here’s an opportunity for all children (and adults too), to interview their loved Dada-Dadis, Nana-Nanis or any other elder in the family, like ‘cub reporters’; video record the same; and share with the MyGov family!

In my life my basement is my grandfather and my grand mother, they taught me about the life style by their own day today activities, without their involvement I can't achieve anything, They are my inspiration, role model and everything, they were passed away, but they are living in my mind in each and every thing, I remember them daily, Today my son always play with his grand father, They have the capacity to teach, to explain with patience, they acheieve the goals with care, old is gold

Childhood days were super especially the festival was very important, each friends every day meet and share our dresses our parents bought how much it cost and also trending cloth if festival and abd all come together with their sweets and share all sweets to eat.

Ostergious I am very happy to say about my grand parents I. e. my father brother. They are retired person assistant to district judge Dhule-maharashtra. How ever they own his Remington type writer machine and fully busy in there work. They admitted me in school and very obvious with my teacher. They help to surround me in good children culture. They have very observed about my childhood activity and social development. His wife from songir village famous for copper and history biground.

I can't recapitulate the time with my grandmother because she passed away at my age of 6 months only. I am very lucky to express something about my grandfather. He was learned in Sanskrit and Ayurveda. He had huge knowledge about Vedas. He was a great nature lover. His attitude reflected not only me but in our society. My grandfather's voice of Sanskrit Sloks are still clinging in my memory.

वो जिंदगी ही क्या जिस जिंदगी मे दादा दादी ना हो.. जब पिता जी मारते थे हमको तो कभी दादा जी बाज़ लेते थी तो कभी दादी जी.. वो दिन आज भी याद है जब हम स्कूल से आते थे तो माँ से पहले दादी जी हमको देखते थी और प्यार से माथे पर हाथ रख कर एक प्यारी से झपकी देती थी और फिर हमे तय्यार करते थी और खाना खिलाने के लिए हमको कितना मस्का लगाती थी और खिलें खेला करते थे.... और दादा जी पार्क ले जाते थे और खूब सारे चीजे हमको दिलवा देते थी..... दादा दादी की ले जितना लिखू कम है.... I miss you dadaji and dadi ji 😞🙏💐❤️
