In the latest episode of Mann Ki Baat, Prime Minister Narendra Modi has urged Indian children to engage with their grandparents and ask them about their life as children: what sports they played, which theatre or cinema they went to, which relatives they visited, festivals they celebrated, and so on.

These stories would not just take the children to India back then, but also be an invaluable treasure for the family, to be cherished forever.

Here’s an opportunity for all children (and adults too), to interview their loved Dada-Dadis, Nana-Nanis or any other elder in the family, like ‘cub reporters’; video record the same; and share with the MyGov family!

हमारी नानी बहुत धार्मिक प्रवृत्ति की थीं। वह इलाहाबाद में रहती थीं और सर्दी गर्मी और बरसात हर मौसम में रोज बिना नागा किए गंगा जी संगम नहाने जाती थीं। हमारी घर की नाव थी। जब गंगा जी में बाढ़ आती थी तब भी किनारे पर ही नहा कर आती थीं। जब हम गर्मी की छुट्टियों में इलाहाबाद जाते थे तो हम भी गंगा जी नहाने जाते थे और बहुत आनंद आता था। बहुत सारी जानकारियां भी मल्लाह से प्राप्त होती थीं जैसे उसको मौसम का पूर्वानुमान हवा की दिशा से और गति से हो जाता था और हमसे जल्दी पानी से निकल कर वापस चलने को कहता था

दादा दादी का प्यार,होता बेमिसाल,हर एक को यह किस्मत से ही है मिलता, दादा दादी का प्यार होता है अनमोल,जो होते है बदकिस्मत उन्हें यह प्यार नहीं है मिलता, दादा दादी बच्चो को मा बाप की पिटाई से है बचाते,उन्हें अच्छी अच्छी बाते भी है बताते, दादा दादी बच्चो को प्रेरणात्मक कहानी है सुनाते,उन्हें अच्छे संस्कार भी है देते, दादा दादी की छत्र छाया में बच्चे अच्छा विकास है करते,उन्हें पढ़ाई के साथ साथ विकास का भी मौका है मिलता, दादा दादी परिवार के संस्कार भी बच्चो को है देते,बच्चो का सही पालन है करते

dear sir es samay sbhi dada dadi ki halt korona ki wajah se khrab hai meri to dadi dada nhi hai Lekin unki story chhupe wo baat Jo hme samjhana tha ki jindgi me mehanat krke he aage badhna chahiye meri bachpan se anath baccho ke prti shoch thi ki wo bhi age badhkr Desh ke liye Kam kre or sabki shoch Ko badl ske jinke pas money hai wo in anath bachho ke liye age badhkr kr rhe hai Lekin abhi bhut se bachhe hai jo gumnami ka jiwan ji rhe h me unke liye Gov, ki help se school kholna chahti hu please
