The labours working in the agricultural field, there should be declared surity of job of one person in case of land acquisition of land in which the labour is working. this facilities is only for agriculturist,it should be extended to labour also, the company acquiring land will give job to all such labour,not only that, but, in rural area, first priority of job will be given to one member of each house living in such area,if unskilled, company will give training to such people.

Dear Sir, Under your flagship Program of "Beti Bachao Beti Padhao"; You should made Education for Girl Child absolutely Free. The same should be applicable in all Govt. Schools and Private Schools. Even the same should be applicable for even higher or professional studies. Moreso 50% Seats should be reserved for Girl Child in all Educational Institutions. This will give an edge against existing "RTE" wherein 25% seats are reserved for students coming from below privileged Segment of Society.

But these people are living well,working in a/c rooms , Eating 4 times daily without getting hungry, talking about stupid issues around them like they are the only people suffering a lot because of society.they don't realize the suffering of a farmer. Dear PM sir now a days lot students finishing their graduate but they will not got job.Every year lacks of students finished Engineering in my state only but not got job for all students.Llittle bit of students only got job.Every year compare to employee and unemployee ration unemployeed level incressed double every year. kindly speak about this atlist little bit.

Respected sir, May kindly be started laying of new rail line Anandnagar, Ghughali via Maharajganj Uttar Pradesh.It is passed in rail budget 2013-14,which is must for this backward district headquarter, Buddhist tourist Kushinagar to Lumbani,Nepal,China border security. It would be alternative and short route for Bihar Pradesh. All public will be highly to you for this.

Respected sir (continued..) I have submitted many times(did not get any reply,i know you get so many comments/suggestions). I dont think my suggestion is only one and you should consider, but my suggestion is please provide a feedback of reviewer for those who want to take it forward. this will encourage the people to improve and resubmit their idea/suggestion(because so many people have communication problem, even they identify the problem and good solution they cant express without feedback).

Respected Sir, you have announced in your government's last financial budget that TDS will be deducted from recurring deposit accounts held by public in the banks. This will highly discourage saving habits of general public in India. A common man is having very limited saving options. Also this will result in people to move away from banks causing dent on your ambitious financial inclusion plan. I request you to arrange to review this in the interest of common men.regards..Manoj K Jain
