Exams are a poor indicator of learning. One can pass an exam without learning anything. Competitive exams are only a means to eliminate excess applications for jobs. The top students must be encouraged to do research and become entrepreneurs not to become employees but to lead and employ others!

The most traumatic time of my life was when I had to prepare for my exams 15 years back. And today, I feel our education did not teach us anything important. Merely theory, nothing practical. And we put ourselves through a rat race for what? Marks? We lost out on culture, ethics, morals and practical, hands-on education. I believe this must change, or else we will not find enough professionals who love what they do, and do what they love. Because that is the only way to excel.

Education system is in total mess in INDIA , It is not updated as per the International standards however our competition exams are more than global standards, means more advanced level whether it is conducted to find out the talent or person interests or only checking the memory what the person capable to memorise all he studied. first change the education system by appointing persons for tuning education system for more productive rather than theoritical basis or for competition exams

Look at the sudden jump in standards of syllabus for competitive exams like IITJEE,you'll have to learn a lot in those two years of Intermediate after 10th. Look at the standard of syllabus upto 10th standard. Its barely sufficient to keep up with times to come(JEE in 11th and 12th).Rather start the transition of standards right from 6th itself, improve the syllabus standards bit by bit in every year. And if you think that not all students'll be keepup with it,keep an appendix for the moretalented

Rather to create the competition on memory, create a system for people intrest and jobs according to that interest also provide facilities to such interests will bring bright make in India products rather now the memory and trained (tutions ) leads to mess of the system. Also people cant decide their future by the system available in INDIA rather they solely looking for government jobs for security and doing scams rather to serve people and development activities for the nation.
