Rourkela is not a disability friendly city. Please ensure during smart city making it should be disability/handicap friendly city. They are also citizens and their need must be taken care of. We should not have disability mindset to their need. For example: Ramps should be provided in all the schools, bus stops, railway stations, hospitals, offices, etc...

#Rourkela: Main market has lots of parking issue. Now a days traffic police are being deputed to keep a check on people who randomly park their vehicles. This a good effort by #Rourkela Police. Problem with this is that these traffic police are not deputed at all locations. My suggestion will be to depute traffic police at all locations. For example, 1-2 police should be deputed at equal distances. Traffic management will also be easier for the police presented at that location.

#Rourkela: Rourkela Railway Station to have proper parking lot. People randomly keep their vehicles. Public transport like auto rickshwas have a separate stand but they do not maintain decorum. They create jam during peak hours. No proper parking area for four wheelers, which also cause road blockage.

Like market complex, bank complex is to made. Instead of having banks all over Rourkela Township it is better to have all banks at one single complex. It should be made in such a location that it will be easily accessible to all people. This will reduce parking issues.
