We need to consider developing Rourkela in all aspects. Most importance needs to be given to developing the economic growth within the city. Our city having well educated citizens are currenty forced to move out of the city, closest being Bangalore, due to lack of opportunities within the city. Without better infrastructure and urban services like 24/7 water, 24/7 electricity etc MNC's would not invest in our city. And hence an overall comprehensive development of the city is crucial.
