How can we stop the ‘brain drain’ wherein we are losing some of the brightest minds to other nations due to lack of suitable opportunities here? At the same time how do we get back those who left India, giving them opportunities whereby they shine and make India proud?

Brain-drain is really an issue which should have agitated the sensitivities of us all. Since we attained our own feet in terms of politics and policies more than six decades ago, the brian-drain continued and continued unabated. The best of our brains drained to other countries NOT ONLY DUE TO LACK OF OPPORTUNITIES BUT ALSO BECAUSE OF 'INFECTIOUS DISEASE' OF DISCRIMATION UNLEASHED UNASHAMEDLY IN OUR SYSTEM OF GOVERNANCE. LET US REVERSE THIS TREND & WATCH THE REVERSE HAPPENING.

India as a Nation has suffered a huge loss since its talent left it looking for greener pastures abroad. People leaving India forgot that the country of their birth, India, is the only spot on the world horizon which is the richest in what THE MOTHER NATURE HAS BESTOWED ON IT. EVEN NOW, THESE 'INDIANS BY BIRTH' WOULD DO WELL TO UNDERSTAND THIS.

We must not fight shy of accepting that we on our own, in terms of the policies pursued and governance provided,we ourselves created a situation absolutely incongenial for the talent to bloom. We continued watching our own 'destruction' IN TERMS OF OUR BEST TALENT ABONDNING US, & WE SAT, SAT & SAT WITHOUT MOVING A FINGER.
