The Indian Nanoelectronics Users Program (INUP), hosted at IIT Bombay and IISc Bangalore, with financial support from the Department of Electronics and Information Technology (DeitY), strives to address many of these challenges. Through INUP, Ph.D. students and faculty innovators from any university or institution in India recognized by MHRD can access these nanofabrication facilities which house more than 150 sophisticated instruments for fabrication and characterization of nanoelectronic devices. The students also receive mentorship from experts – both faculty and other senior students – about their research projects and prototype development. INUP also conducts workshops to provide information and “hands-on” sessions to explain use of equipment.

If you are a Ph.D. student anywhere in India who wishes to try out an innovative idea in the area of nanoelectronics, you can send a proposal to INUP (http://www.inup.iitb.ac.in and http://www.nano.iisc.ernet.in/inup/). INUP provides the funding, help, mentorship and facilities, but the IP of your idea belongs to you.

Respected sri modi jee, I have raised a problem of contract labour in india. I watched your Tv programmee in which you talked about labour reforms. Good idea of Unique no given by EPFO. i am sure that will bring a revolutionary change in labour reform. But the one problem will remain unchanged- the propoper wages. The contractors reduces attendance to reduce their wages and thus labours become victim of exploitation. Can there be any possibility in which principal employer be allowed to directl

Cable TV network in Kashmir valley has large number of Arabic and other foreign channels which are propagating radical Islam and poisoning the minds of young Kashmiris. Indian Govt should work out a deal with TataSky or Dish TV to offer cheaper connections in the valley (cheaper than cable TV). I am sure people there want to watch Bollywood movies and songs and not Wahhabi propaganda. Majority would quickly switch over. We should even subsidize this if needed to prevent radicalization of youth.

Sir, Diesel / petrol pricing policy should be revised. Govt should make a common pool for losses and profits. whenever prices fall, the additional revenue should be siphoned to the pool. when prices increase, take the amount from that pool. Revision of rates should be as usual but INCREASE / DECREASE SHOULD BE ONCE IN A YEAR AS ON FIRST APRIL. Lowering of diesel prices does not affect to general public BECAUSE NO PUBLIC / PRIVATE TRANSPORTER GOING TO REVISE EARLIER HIKE BECAUSE NOT FEASIBLE
