The work should be focused from grass root level. The supervision of fund utilization and the execution of the work is very important which single person cannot do. In my opinion the respective ministries should develop a committee in which retired judges and sports personnel are included. The main focus should be e-gov, in which funds and the development can be supervised online

sports me age ana hai to bachpan se skills ko courage karna padega.districtr level par training complex aur state level parsports technical centre hona chahiye.technical aur physio advisor ka guidance bahut important ho jata hai kyuki fitness aur skill (technical) bahut jaruri hai.e.g. agar aap long jump me jump kar rahe hai to aapki speed apke pair apka sir aapki body ki position sab kuch importance rakhti hai.aur foreign me in chijo ka bhaut jyada dhyan rakha jata hai.
