Sir, A nations development starts with cleanliness and why don't we implement ideas like dividing the areas in a city and promoting the idea in people to clean their areas and home. so that it will be inspected by authority every 4 or 6 months. There is no fine or anything just promoting the area the best 5 places (out of 100 divided areas in the city for example)in the city will get subsidy, half the rent for Electricity, and other allowances for the people in that areas only??

Views...

The governments are by and for the people. People should have right to know what is their elected government is doing. In view of above, Government should set quarterly and annual targets. The report for each quarter and year should be published in public and the same should be easy to understand by the common public. The report should contain achievements against the objectives set for that tenure. The above should be applicable to state as well as national governments.

We know china has great population but nowadays rules are established there that no government job wil be given if you have more than 2 children.2years back i have seen a family with 15 children & the lady was again pregnant. In our capital only the population has increased so much that it crosses the population of even another country like Australia.I have rarely seen 1 child family & more families with 3or4 children irrespective of the parents being literate or illiterate.Sir please consider it

Sir, kindly share your thoughts about project implementation at the grass root level. For example electricity distribution-- no matter what you do at the centre the state concerned refuses to implement and we are the sufferers. For example, soil testing of every village and consultancy available to farmers--- no one is bothered to implement. Won't it be a good idea if you first draw the planning for implementation and then announce the schemes do that people can see that something is done?
