sir utilised gram panchayat -for collectively farming scheme where whole village collectively do farming this will do division of work and also connect this with NAREGA for post farmimg and also locally villgers get specilalization of work-gram panchayat should work as a job work provider -and daily requiement of material labour to b listed as Villager will work according to there need and knopwledge

its possible i have seen many girl child and many poor brother who can not afford to leav in city have to leav education if we can not ultimately provide work to rural we can provide education in that ITI can be boom which can make change but with good laboratory and make girl child right to education and even in family who still believe in older culture can send their girl child to college in name of leaving and taking and both education to that shadow and older shadow of culture can be lighten
