The reason that I am requesting is that since we need to immediate improvement by doing export to other countries by making success for "Make in India" program a grand success. since we need to bring our transport system more efficient and safety. I had a chance of going to Britain in 2012 on the invitation of my Son serving there and noticed that there is no such CADRE of Administrative or Police Officers as that of IAS or IPS in India. The professionals are serving on such jobs and that too on CONTRACT, why such system cannot be changed in India? The Root cause of corruption in India are Bureaucrat as they have managed entry on constitutional posts and thus evade action even in the involvement of open embezzlement. Kindly change system.

good morning mr pm,actually i am from darjeeling,wb i am chettri(general)the main point is in our state we mainlt has cast reservation system i.e if we got 90% in our exams also we cant get a good college or a good field because most of a college including govtcollge also have all this caste system..the point is we general(chettrisharmas etc.)has passed out the same exams which other st/sc has passed out..i am just a 10th slandered student i am fade of of of the discrimination in education syst
