The Manuals on Policies and Procedures for Purchase of Goods, Works and Consultancy were issued by this Department in 2006. These Manuals were prepared in conformity with the General Financial Rules, 2005 and contained broad generic Guidelines. To suit their local/specialized needs, Ministries / Departments were to supplement these manuals by issuing Detailed Operating Instructions; Checklists and customized formats to serve as practical instructions.
　　　　
It has been now decided to revise these Manuals and the copy of the revised Draft Manual for Procurement of Consultancy and Other Services can be read here.

It has been also decided to initiate stakeholders’ consultation on the Draft Manual. In this context, Individuals, Industries Bodies and all other stakeholders are requested to review the provisions of the Draft Manual on Policies and Procedures for Procurement of Consultancy and Other Services and send their suggestions / comments on MyGov. Ministries/Departments are being separately requested to send their suggestions/comments in this regard.

We spend 200 Cr on BRT which was ultimately dismantled to allow free traffic, bets practices which R in place in Korea failed in Delhi. Like wise all best practices'll fail in Delhi on account of plans without post investment management to ensure full ROI. Like wise I see a lot of investments in Delhi that goes in development but quality & performance isn't near to international standards

I can serve with highly strategic consulting advise eon most important economy, price control and industrial development. I gained my experience working with GOI where I learnt exceptional trade skills, and then I worked for some of brightest British MNCs where I learnt best management in strategic short term and long term result oriented development and management. I believe governanace need good quality skills in management, fact is, we are still struggling to keep Capital Clean

Priye modiji hamara desh ke sabhi kramchari office ka kam nahi karte hai balki apna kam karte hai yani office join karte hi unki najar sirf malai par rahta hai or training me office ke kam par dhyan nahi balki paise kaise kamaya jaye us par dhyan rahta hai.or dushri bat hamre sarkri karamchari ke 90% ese log hai Jo donation par aate hai or unko abc kuchh nahi pata chalta hai.ese mahanubhav log hamare desh Ki pragati karenge!

sir, please develop and nurture electronics and communication engineering sector and give due importance to its growth specifically in India in terms of job generation,entrepreneurship,start-ups etc. as the condition of the sector is under continuous threat.

आदरणीय, मोदी जी सादर प्रणाम मुझे और पूरे देश को आप पर गर्व है। आपने जो ये पहल शुरू की है यह हमारे देश को प्रगति के पथ पर सदैव अग्रसर करती रहेगी। महोदय मैं आपका ध्यान देश के उन सभी विभागों के सरकारी खतों की ओर आकर्षित करना चाहता हूँ जिनमें व्याज की धन राशि जमा होती रहती है और उसका कोई उपयोग नहीं हो पाता है। अगर पूरे देश के सरकारी खातों में जमा व्याज का आंकलन करें तो शायद यह अरबों रूपए की धनराशि होगी। जिसे इक्कठा कर देश की अर्थव्यवस्था को सुदृढ़ करने में उपयोग किया जा सकता है।

priy modi ji mere gaaw me railey lin gayi hai, jo bijali ko apne upar se jane ki animati nhi mil pa rhi hai.jiske karan gaaw ke lagbhag 70% gharo me bijali nahi aa rhi hai, bahut kosis karne par bhi koi bijali ki is samasya ka koi hal nhi ho pa rha hai. meri apse hath jodkar vinti hai ki ap kuchh hamare gaaw ke liye kare. add.- vill & post-churki, dist- singrauli (m.p.) thank you
