2. V r doing d same amount of work (rather more as v r suppose to do national prog also ) as our regular counterparts then why 'equal work equal pay' pattern cant be followed..A regular employee is nw getting 59000 n v r getting 30000 ( altho this increase in salary from 20000 to 30000 took 6 long years ).

Dear sir I am working as an ayurvedic medical officer under NHM since 6 years. Some of the key points towards which i want to draw ur attention are as follows: 1.V r no less qualified or eligible than our fellow regular collegues bt are being given less than half the salaries. It not only breaks our morale but also creates a sense of inequality in d dept. There shud b a policy under which a contract employee shud b regularised after a certain period of time.

Honorable PM sir the m.r.p of generic medicine is very high,as compared to their actual cost. please make a rule for lower down the m.r.p of generic medicine in every medical store they sell generic medicine as the profit is very high on that medicine. there is around 80% profit to the retailor in generic medicine. if their m.r.p is bound to down then poor people buy these medicine in only on 20% to the present price. this will be a great step towards black marketing in medicine line

Obesity is a major, major problem. Catch young children and inculcate this knowledge. A Scandinavian country has a practice of noting the waist circumference in school report cards. Once a child is aware, the problem is resolved.

Consanguinity (marriage in close cousins) is a leading cause of bith defects and childhood problems. please educate citizens that this is a wrong practise. Involve school education and college courses with reasoning and examples. We can reduce the burden of disease at birth.

National health policy is to be conducted independently by Central Government without interference from state, it is to be all inclusive and having centers at District level and each district unit should cover all villages and panchayats. the centers should be full fledged hospitals with all modern facilities and provide treatment both IP and OP free of cost. tests to be done at no cost to BPL people and subsidized for others. Voluntary organizations to be involved in this program.

Govt needed to allot more people to supervise n see that each street is clean ..practically it is difficult ...i hope basic cleanliness is to build sewage canals then remove all waste area plants and then no one goes for out side sanitation .......collect wastage as 3 types from homes as recyclin waste , food waste and waste material which is really unusable ... municipalities can remove only 50% waste ....but the people who are at slums should be alloted this collecting duty ...

National health policy draft: First of all those previous programmes which r enacted but r not implemeted or ENFORCED properly. And the swach bharat mission should be continued forever. Most of the time it is found that the dispensaries in villages doctors r not found regularly. Those teenagers should be focused for health as their health is most needed to keep healthy. For Health Policy not only allopathy but homaeopathy and ayurved should also be promoted. Also India is first for ayurveda.
