Incentive of additional increment to government servants for promoting small family norms should be discontinued or it should be extended to all citizens. In case of non-government employees a one time benefit of minuscule amount is paid. But in case of government employees the considerable amount is paid through their service is paid. This is a disparity and needs to be addressed. The well-to-do is benefited while the actual target population is ignored. Kindly rectify this anomaly.

2.14. Realizing the Potential of AYUSH services:it mhas become a big joke for AYUSH personnel working under allopath medical officers to implement AYUSH health care system. it was completely to dicourage the ayush practitioners by the harrasing behaviour of allopaths and prejudice the officials that ayush docs are unfit for health care hence the fate of ayush NRHM posts .vacancies from last four years.they and grants diverted.totally 449 out of 581 MO posts were vacant unfilled by the govt.of AP

A woman government servant is provided adequate facility for maternity health through extended paid holidays. They get child care leave too. On the contrary, poor women who need to earn their living through daily toil, work even till the last day of delivery and recommence work within a week of delivery. If poor people can work why not the government servants from their comfortable offices. If this cannot be done, all the women should be provided monetary benefits like the governments servants.

To promote telemedicine services quickly in India, please exempt custom duty on imported equipment, service tax and income tax in the budget 2015-16 & Health Insurance companies must pay back to the patients for use of telemedicine services also announce that the Multi-Specialty Hospitals with bed strength more than 250 beds must provide the telemedicine service in all over the country. This support can change the entire system of health care services & it is a noble and essential service.

other big failure is providing huge amounts to corporate hospitals in the name of arogyasree etc. rather than strengthening the govt. hospitals is imparting xtra burden and wrong diagnoses by the private institutes. this is also by the lobbying of the private hospitals, for money sake

no orders are being implemented to strengthen the focus on non-communicable diseases as mentioned in 2.7 of the NHP2015, yoga and naturopathy aims in the prevention of noncommunicable diseases as this focusses on the life style shift and stress management ,unfortunately that system has no regulatory body in central govt.itself. and any program that was going to introduce in favour of AYUSH is diverted for example implementation of ayush docs as birth attendents, introduction of sterilisors etc

Govt should have plans for Urban as well as Rural Development. Urban development is important but is of no significance to Rural people. Not much is heard from Govt on plans for Rural development. They need decent health care & Doctor at their reach, clean drinking water, electricity (ensured during dark hours), good road /connectivity to town. This is the true development for rural people and only then they realise that the Govt is honest on their Development agenda and support later.
