Respected PM sir, wants to draw your attention towards the senior govt doctors moving in private hospital for better financial package. why not to start a system where govt doctor is allowed to work in private hospital after specific hospital time, an vice-versa allow enroll private medical practioner in govt hospital, so that poor patient can also be benefitted with the knowledge and skill of good doctors.why to divide healthcare in private and public sector, merge them to make win-win for all

I would like to draw your attention on the recent threat of h1n1 (swine flu) outbreak which is quite a burning situation in our region.at this point there are 69 people dead in madhya pradesh.state government is on high alert despite the there is no awareness on ground zero unlike the recent municipal corporation elections where parties were creating political awareness through loudspeakers.we are about to have an epidemic on our doorsteps.NHP should have points to fight such diseases in future.

Organised medical delivery targets 10% of population. That is a self sustaining big business.Rest 90% are quacked or self medicated. This segment does not require high knowledge input that present practitioners take years and fortune to master. Basic necessary information after 10+2 for 2 years will be adequate for normal requirements. Health delivery managers should seriously consider this.

Conditions in hospital cleanliness is very pathetic. When I was living with my Husband in Nagaland , i visited to a Govt Hospital. Its so pathetic that I womited immediately. How this poor people get admitted for treatment. I am of opinion that Government Hospital cleaniness should be either privatised or should be entrusted to genuine NGO.

Every village of country should have at least one small health clinic equipped with basic medical facilities and manned by a medical practitioner appointed by government. This will assure that poor villagers will get minimum exploitation from greedy private doctors. This will also ensure that poor people do not migrate from their native place in search of basic medical facilities
