Sir,Your govt. always focused on girls education and started programm Nari sashaktikaran but still your govt. not proper focused on this.I am a research scholar and we are facing lot of problems regarding our scholarships but your govt. recently increase the fee of csir-ugc net 2015. Last time we paid Rs.400/- but this time we paid Rs. 1000/ . Please focused on our problems regarding csir-ugc net exam and do something.
