Considering the state of Chennai, Visakhapatnam must have world class drainage system. It is also a coastal city prone to flooding. On can look into the option of using Permeable concrete for roads. A Youtube link has been attached for the same. . This seems a very interesting thing to use for a smart city... Imagine SMART ROADS! WOW!
