The girl child today faces inequality and gender based discriminations even before birth. The nation cannot move forward unless women are given opportunity to realize their full potential and contribute to nation building.

Given this context, please share your thoughts, ideas, suggestions and feedback on how we can change the discriminatory social construct in order to celebrate the girl child. What should be our communication strategy for improving the situation and reach out to people?

Sir, we run a an educational institution exclusively for girls (Bangaloreblaze Girls' High School) keeping in view that a strong generation of women pave way for a strong nation. Our school is mainly for children from financially poor back ground but all facilities including Yoga, Karate and dance are included in the curriculum. Our motto is to provide an education equivalent to ICSE and CBSE in state syllabus. But I have noticed that many a tongues speak about the justice for girl child but very few come forward. Even from education Dept. we are not getting cooperation. They are not even ready to consider our low strength (we have altogether 195 girls from Play Group to IX). The fact is that this is our 4th year and we have to fight against all the odds including the corrupt officials to survive. I am basically from Kerala and settled in Bangalore for the past 15 years. I was in the field of education since 1997 . This school is a result of our ambition to serve the society in a better way. You are a leader to us more than a Prime Minister. I closely followed your success stories and admire you for the kind of stern ruling which we waited for all these years. Our students are also doing a project on Vrishabhavathi river, a highly polluted river in our city. Our project has been selected by IISC, Bangalore for presentation in the Lake 2014 programme at Sirsi, Karnataka. Your Namami Gange project is a motivation for all of us . I had grown up reading the stories of great patriots. I believe in serving India staying in India. My knowledge and experiences are a gift of this country and I would like to give it back to her. Sir, the best part is that we have you as our hope......

I saw a news in NDTV that there are 20 lacs persons involved in manual scavenging and on an average per person earns Rs.100 per day by selling waste material. It means they 700 crores per year is involved in this profession. But no body is concerned about these 20 lacs scavengers. According to news 1.25 lacs scavengers are below 14 years of age. We all know that this population is cleaning India with no reward. Govt. must channelize them. It will reduce crime and drug trafficking.

honourable prime minister,i dont think that it would be enough only to implement the beti parao and beti bachao andolan.now perhaps schools are have penetrated in almost all the parts of the country but the system of education provided by the schools is really poor as compared to private schools (i am not talking about kendra vidyalays).from my point of view government schools shold be far more advance and good in providing education no matter whether its provided to beta or beti.it shod be RAW

Dear Mr.Narendra Modiji, Hope this message finds you in the best of your health. This is to inform you that I saw Mr.Kailash Satyarthi (Sharma) programme on Times Now channel. And I'm speechless. He received awards and recognition from other countries. Of course, he made every Indian proud for the service that he has done it so far. I really wanted to make a request to you is that, please announce any civilian awards to him to add one more feathers in his cap. Thanks in advance!
