Either Gov't should regulate this so people can work and show their income form bitcoin to Government or else if gov't ban VC then still it will be popular and people will trade illegally. There is no fear in accepting VC. its upcoming trend and countries following it and good results coming out of it.
Blockchain technology also will help in modern banking as Kotak Mahindra bank already working on it.. SBI Partner with Ripple and many other banks joined Ripple for banking solutions

The virtual currencies should not be circulated because there is no any regulating authority for setting or reviewing their prices.

Bitcoin should be legalized in India as it will definitely boost up Indian economy. Virtual currencies have already been legalized in many other countries. So, India should also take a step forward. Some people are claiming that black money will be a problem with bitcoin but we should see that each and every transaction(bitcoin buy or sell) is possibl only through the bank accounts of users. So, no possibility of black money. Proper verification of the users should be done by bitcoin exchanges.
