Yes, it should be legal, even govt. Should start its own cryptocurrency exchange where we can buy cryptocurrency and use instead of real cash that will help govt to go cashless plus we the People of india can trade over there to earn some extra money. I don't find any harm in making it legal.
And we all should buy tcc champcoins(future of cryptocurrency) which is an india cryptocurrency and use it to go cashless.

To begin with, the Bitcoin vertual currencies should be REGULATED through RBI.
RBI issues licenses to Banks, FFMC's - Categories I & II. It should be channelised. Since the quantity of Bitcoin is not in a great volume, it will not be a difficult task for RBI to regulate. As the process of acquiring RBI license is a full proof includes complete KYC., it will be utilised properly. I think, no time to be wasted, OR it can take a unofficial & illegal route.

Virtual Currencies (speacially Bitcoin) are geting piblicity all around the world at a very high speed. More amd more people from all around the world are investing into it daily. The recent surge followed by the fall of the currency is a proof of that.
As India is also looking to move forward and emerge as a technological power in the world, thus India shoul make these currencies legal and should form some easy rules to regulate it.
Bitcoin in future will emerge as a leading currency like USD

The poll for on use of crypto currency in Bharat is a welcome step towards policy building around crypto currency however awareness creation, conducting sessions re. crypto currency and its pros/cons need to be discussed among common people of this nation. Today we have huge illiteracy and highly intellectual human resources at the same time hence we must propel this intellects towards the awareness creation of initiatives like crypto currency and not make decisions basis only progressive thinker

A new organization should be formed. I think neither SEBI or RBI (in their current form) are equipped to handle the VC. A cross func group from ministries like MOF (Ministry of finance), Ministry of Info /Digital Transformation /Digital Infrastructure could come together. This group could be a new dept which works with industry backed organizations /firms to draft the regulations or the initial framework. - 5
Thank you. These were some of my views.
