I think virtual currencies should not be banned. Mostly used VC wallets in India do KYC before one is eligible to trade and if one wants to trade VC then he/she needs to pay via RTGS/NEFT/Netbanking only, no cash. So I don't think there's a way for common people to do something illegal. China, Korea, Canada, Hong Kong and numerous other countries have already legalized Bitcoins and Japan has even legalized it as currency so India too shall take a step forward in legalizing VCs.

VC's is a modern way of transaction and digitization and we have to accept it.Even few of big e-commerce companies involved in VC's with there products and some of Sponsored. After all it's happening under our KYC and bank account. Our corporate and peoples are accepting new trend then why we are thinking so much.i would suggest keep watch on any fraud transaction under income tax do something for consumers protection And do welcome of new things and cheer for digitization. Jai Hind.
