Respected PM The most important thing in human life is family and everyone wants to face the hurdles of life with his family. But nowadays everyone has to go outside from his native place for his livelihoods. HR policy in most of the government departments and banks is not transparent. Employees are being posted very far from his native place. They have to live alone without their family which creates many panic situations as well as mental problem. You are requested to plz look in this matter

PM Shri Modiji - The intentions of the govt is clear & good. Lot of hard work is being done by you & your team towards the desired goal of development. But unfortunately the steps that are being taken in this direction are twisted and portrayed negatively by the biased media and other political parties. Even the good deeds done so far by this govt fail to reach the general public. It is better to form a team for addressing these issues periodically.

देश के कई शहरों,क़स्बों व गाँवों में खुले पैसों जैसे कि रेजगारी की कमी काफ़ी लम्बे समय से महसूस की जा रही है। जो इन्तज़ाम सरकार ने किया वो नाकाफ़ी है बल्कि practical भी नही है। जैसे कि bank २० हज़ार से कम की रेंजगी नही देता है।क्योंकि हर किसी की ताक़त में एक दम इतनी रेजगारी लेना सम्भव नही होता। सरकार को चाहिये कि इस प्रकार का इन्तज़ाम करे कि कम क़ीमत की रेजगारी भी जनता को अपने काम के लिए मिल सके। जिन रुपयों का चलन ख़त्म करना है उसकी जगह उसी क़ीमत का सिक्का जारी कर पुराने होते जा रहे रुपयो की कमी को दूर किया जा सकता है।

For achieving development within a reasonable time frame, certain changes are definitely required, like the new LA bill. Unless the benefits are properly conveyed to the common man, things get delayed. The government should try to reach out to common people and explain them the proposals & benefits through AIR, DD and also newspapers. If there is a direct talk on the subject like PM's Maan Ki baat, it would be more useful. Otherwise the current media and other political parties play spoil sport

आज रेलवे का बजट सुना,ख़ानपान के लिए जो तरीक़ा आप अपनाने जा रहे है उसमें थोड़ा संशोधन करे तो शायद सबको अच्छा लगेगा। वो ये कि प्रत्येक राज्य की मुख्य मुख्य रेल गाड़ियों में उस राज्य का खाना भी मिलना चाहिये। जैसे कि पनजाब राज्य का खाना,ज़्यादातर छोले भटूरे या छोले पुरी का या साउथ का मुख्य खाना इडली-वणा ओर मसाला ढोसा का होता है,मिलना चाहिये।इस प्रकार के प्रयत्न से देश के लगभग हर नागरिक को दूसरे राज्यों के खान पान व culture का पता चलेगा ओर हर प्रकार के खाने से रूबरू होने का मौक़ा मिलेगा।
