If at all this propery needs to be purchased, then it should be done by Central Govt & not State Govt. There should not be income source for govt. from recruitment activities. e. g. Odisha SSC, no of vacancy for RI is only 20 and no. Of application is 25000. Fees is @rs. 100, So total fees collected rs. 25 lacs. So vacancy should be more or fees ahould not be there. Govt should not do income from public who is searching for job.
