I see drooping oldies coming to banks with the help of somebody to collect their pension money. Is it possible for the banks to reach their house with money?

The internal black money is spent in cash, in restaurants, jewelry, real-estate, luxury travel, hotels........ It also promotes counterfeit currency circulation by terrorist organizations. Encourage payment by Credit/Debit cards, if necessary by offering discount; at present one has to pay a penalty of 2-3% on (white tax paid money) paid by the cards.

Dear All I think Strict rules should be implemented to really make India a Clean india. There should be hefty punishment for littering in public. There should be strict rules for ex:- If a government building is dirty then head of that building should be heftily fined and update of fine should be posted online. This will make him to push others towards keeping cleanness. Government should also identify public spot such as marine drive in Mumbai. There is not a single dustbin over there.

Sir, To manage expenditure effectively any policy decisions should be announced only after prior approval of expenditure management commission is taken. Unless the scheme is backed by solid numbers of revenue generation or funding no further projects should be declared or at least scrap all old projects of congress which were meant to be a burden on public exchequer. A classic example can be given of Underground Metro project declared by Maharashtra Govt a few days ago.

Sir, There is an immediate need to curb the umpteen Head of Accounts for different Central Government Schemes, which makes the monitoring as almost an impossible task. There should be one umbrella scheme for one Department with various components with detail guidelines. The proliferation of schemes also leads to corruption as the same work is shown under different schemes at the ground level while ciphering money in other schemes.

Railway TTC should be go to check reservation presence with tablets rather bunch of papers. Lakhs of trees can be saved due less paper use. No paper paste at the door of reservation bogie, as everybody getting status by sms. With Tablet checking the TTCs can update the presence of passengers from train online. Also storing & filing of those TTC updated papers are expensive & waist of record room, Which can be kept only by softcopy for Eco-friendly porpuse.

State gov., expenditure must be checked by central on a monthly basis, as few states are imposing unnecessary tax on public. Such ridiculous taxation will put innocent public in sad state. for eg: kerala gov taxation are too high..unbearable by middle class n low income group.

It is really a sad state that India is the only country in the entire Asia Pacific which does not have a Public Procurement Act Please refer ADB Project Number: 43149-01 The Public procurement bill is still pending in the parliament since 2012 and some of the important reforms can materialise only if it is passed. E-procurement, reverse auction will get legal status and training of procurement officials and accountability achieved. End to end eprocurement only can remove corruption in PE
