in each school there should be a psychologist who can identify the talents of students , and thus from beginning the talents of students can be groomed and no force from the parents side. Normally when students take the decision, its after 10th or 12th then its too late. its must from beginning and proper skill can be explored and utilized for the building of nation and the whole world.

1. Public usually is not aware of such clause prohibiting carrying of inflammable material. So first thing is to bring awareness. 2. While booking tickets space for declaration of inflammable item should be provided. 3. Separate wagon should be dedicated where inflammable item can be booked by passenger. 4. Such wagon should be located at end of train. 5. Punishment provisions should be made applicable in practice for passengers violating the provisions & carrying material without booking.
