Dear Officer: I am a senior citizen and today I am hoping that Mr.Modi and Mr.Obama together will help make India become a role model country where not necessarily every poor man will own a car....instead every rich man will be able to use the public transportation both to save the mother nature and our resources and also because there will excellent public utilities available to everyone!

The General Conditions of Contract(GCC) is different in all the individual Government companies & PSU's which is highly ill-logical as when the Govt is knitting & setting forth an exemplary attempt to make transparent & equality amongst the contractual works throughout India. The strongest need of the hour is to issue mandatory directives to all the Government companies for implementing only one GCC this should be in accordance with the Laws of India with neutrality as principal perspective.

The latest Amendments in Arbitration & Reconciliation act is very encouraging & please add few points so to make it more effective. The interest on the final amounts so derived after Arbitration should be added up irrespective of the agreement for not providing the same. Due to long years of pendency the value of the money gets depreciated. The officer responsible for dragging the contract in Arbitration should be held responsible with penalties & remarks in his personnel file.

NH 57 is from Khordha to Balangir is about 298 KMs and its 2 lane now.It needs to be developed as 4 lane for connecting Chennai with Mumbai Raipur Nagpur but shortest route.Development of undeveloped areas are also prime importance. We demand from our Highway minister to declare it as 4 lane and hand over the totla route to NHAI for early completion.NH cant complete the NH57 in last 12 years. It must be handed over to NHAI for strong works with quick results
