Most of the people not aware of that accident may happen due to carrying inflammable materials in trains so first of all make them aware of it and then make checking point at the entrance of each and every stations. small stations are neglected but those stations are more responsible for railway damage than big stations.there should be minimal entrance and exit points at all station premises and there should be security guards.

In railway compartment, displaying name of next station before reaching of Express trains. In local trains, the next station name is displaying as well as annoncing with local languages. In similar way, if the passengers are known about the next station of Express, then it will be useful to alight them on same destination. This is probably useful to senior citizens. Due to non availability of this system, in night journey the passengers are travelling with fear and tension.

Indian Railways pollute the country countrywide by throwing food waste on the tracks. I have developed a machine to treat food waste and the machine can be easily accommodated on running trains to take care of the food waste while the train is on move. And this is an eco friendly technology based on indircet application of thermal energy, a non-burn technology.

A declaration to be considered by the passenger carrying Inflammable materials which need to be kept in separate Luggage compartment. Or start a sms service where surrounding passengers can place a complaint online about liquor / cigarette smoking after which the guilty passenger can be caught and penalized. This will atleast reduce considerable probability of fire due to alcohol or cigarettes. This will also generate revenue

Premium Tatkal Tickets shall not be always implemented, but during peak seasons like vacations, festivals, etc. This is because many seats are going empty and there is no upgradation of passengers once the chart is prepared. There will be booking done but person is not travelling then that vacant seat to be alloted to lower class passenger if no RAC/wl is there. This type of situation comes more oftenly in Rajdhani, Shatabdi which is train majorly for working professional.

Every citizen perhaps suffering from with sluggish growth in Railways. why not railway get competition like Air, telephone banking and other services to learn and improve services.Today in no minutes all tatkal tickets are finished we senior citizens and so many others could not even enter the site . Mr.Obama offered development in railway, we should take opportunity to learn and acquir skill from them.Since last 40 years i may have slept 4 years in total in a coach.

convert all the coaches to AC coaches. remove the unreserved compartment totally. introduce the new design of coaches. like metro coaches all ordinary coaches should be made of steel and upgraded to coaches.
