Nothing in this section shall be constructed to derogate from the provisions of the Indian Explosives Act, 1884 (4 of 1884), or any rule or order made under that Act, and nothing in sub-sections (4) and (5) shall be constructed to apply to any goods entrusted for carriage by order or on behalf of the Government or to any goods which a soldier, sailor, airman or any other officer of the armed forces of the Union or a police officer or a member of the Territorial Army of the National cadet Corps may take with him on a railway in the course of his employment or duty as such.

However passengers tend to carry inflammable and dangerous materials like firecrackers, petroleum products, explosives etc., resulting in fire accidents and loss of human life.

Suggest solutions for reducing fire accidents due to carrying of inflammable materials by passengers.

I had an occasion to visit Barakhamba Road PS yesterday. The entry to a police station could be like a corporate was unbelievable. My work was done in 5 minutes. Why not we make all PS so good? People will not get scared to go to PS.

there should be seat reservation in general compartment and TTE in every compartment.there should be facility to book tickets, regularize, etc in trains also and no need to run here and there to find out TTEs and it is painful also.due to this huge revenue can be generated and outincome of TTES can be reduced.

Like there are sensors at entry point of stations , for train coaches also there must be some type of sensors which can be accessed only by engine drivers , RPF & senior station personnel.

We can prepare timetable in such away that super fast trains can have connectivity so passenger can reduce travel time e.g. If Shatabdi from Hyd to Pune time adjust with Pune to Ahmedabad Duronto than it can reduce travel time from 24 hours to 18 hours (clear saving of 6 hours) with increase in business to railway. Similar way brain storming can done for other trains as well. This can serve the purpose of bullet train till we have reality of bullet train in India

I have a suggestion to reduce traffic at major cities station with my own example. I stay in Hyderabad & native of Ahmedabad so frequently travel between this 2 stations. Here all available train coming from western & northern part of India that directly stops to Secunderabad. Results in heavy load at Secunderabad station as well as road around station. So if railway stops train at Lingampally or Hafeezpet for 2 minutes than 60% public can get down to this station which will be reduce load @ Sec
