2) The top notch knowledge people, educated, rich people and rich firms corner the wealth and earnings. In order to control inflation money is tight. The common man gets squeezed more than where they are. Example is that the Apple Company may have profit of 12 Billion Dollar in a quarter. Birla, Tata, Ambani’s, Adani may have rich reserves and money chest. The RBI squeeze (for the sake of control on inflation) has not left money for survival with normal populace. It should be notified that say by 31.08.2015, all government organisations, especially PSUs, should commission BIOMETRIC system for marking attendance and it should be linked to payment of salary & overtime. The present systems of using proximity cards etc are not fool proof. It is very much required to maintain punctuality and discipline among employees.

Topic : Modification in scheme of surrender of subsidized LPG. In the present scheme, consumers are being prompted to surrender LPG subsidy and switch over to unsub cylinders.Despite the fact that now the Subsidy amount has reduced a lot, the number of consumers opting for the scheme are very less.In my opinion, this is because of the fact that in the present scheme there is no option left for the consumer to opt for "SUBSIDISED LPG" again, if his conditions demand for the same.

Railway should not only ban, carrying inflammable material but also carrying Match Box or Lighter in trains. Cigarette smokers once caught should be banned to travel for one year along with fine.Technical check of wiring, hot axle checks should be done vigorously.Train to be stopped first in case of such incident. Passengers should be alerted the procedure of coming out of train one after another to avoid stampede. Use of emergency door to be done.Human life is precious.

Sir...strict inspections and monitoring programme is the only solution for this..in each and every bogie we should appiont a railway policemen to screen the situation, strictly prohibit the carriage of flammable substances in passenger bogie.. In every passenger train, there should be a FIRST AID BOGIE,which comprises of disaster management team, doctors, and commandos...if possible,CCTV monitoring of entrance of all passenger bogies is a good option..

My parents went to the train station to drop off my in-laws who came to Mumbai for the first time from south India, and they themselves felt so bad for the city. Kindly come up with some idea to get good facilities of toilets in the trains so that the WASTES does not get deposited on the tracks and stink the whole place. Kindly take some action by contacting Maharashtra Govt to clean up the CST, Mumbai train station so that we have a CLEAN INDIA, INCREASED TOURISM :) -- Abhay from USA !! :) :)

Manufacture railway coaches with Solar Panels on them. May reduce fuel to be carried, generates electricity to be used on train. Also, use lightweight, stronger and temper-proof material/design for coaches. Same idea can also be applied to buses. Solar panels on railway/bus stations.
